Another walk round the farm
Hi all, Seeing as it was a beautiful sunny day yesterday I thought Id take a wander round the farm, come with me if you like.
Jess, of course came too then the farm cat decided to join us.

The grass is now long enough to get cut for silage.

Went a bit arty as I thought the patterns were interesting.

Its lovely seeing the landscape change colour.

We were followed down the road by squabbling greenfinches.

This is one of the boys, minus his coat

Had a quick look round the glen and spotted a young fox, unfortunately I didnt manage to get a photo and luckily the dog did not notice it.

Time to head back up the road

Jess caught a scent of something in the barley field, think its getting a bit high for her. ( she didnt catch anything)
Ben Ledi looks stunning with the sun on it.

Some ladies showing the new summer look

Finally, some shots through my window.
This was the first time Id seen the young starlings.

Hope you enjoyed your walk,Liz

Brilliant blog, wonderful shots of your wee sun blessed walk, can't pick a favourite shot they are all beautiful. Do you plan to enter the Countryfile comp. If not you should you are in the perfect spot to capture "A Moment of Magic"
Many years ago climbed Ben Ledi when on a school trip, as we neared the sumit a veil of "Scots Mist" came down and we had to wait till it lifted before we moved down the mountain.
Thanks for sharing

Oh Lizzie, what a magical place you live! It's almost as pretty as Wales! Love Jess in the long grass and the 'arty' picture is quite something. Your photography is improving really quickly. I love your blogs, keep them coming, never be afraid to show off your talents.
Well done that girl!

Wonderful photoblog Liz. Must be lovely and refreshing to live in the countryside and wake up to see such beautiful scenery...(even though it must be hard work) Thanks for sharing. I really enjoyed your photoblog. The pictures are all beautiful, especially the birds, lambs, arty grass and of course the 'tail'. You live is the best part of Scotland, between Loch Lomond and Stirling. Looking forward to your next blog. Take care.

Terrific blog Liz with some great pictures. I bet the sheep are glad they've had a haircut with the nice weather you are having. Don't use it all up though, I'd like a bit of sunshine in October when I next get up to Killin.

Really lovely shots, you are capturing the spirit of the countryside. I know it must be a lot of work, but how lucky you are to have such beauty around you to photograph. My favourite is the long view of the grass cutting tractor. V pleasing graphic composition
