A Trip Out
Hi, this is my first photoblog.
I've taken photos for a while, but havent had a chance to take many shots with my new finepix.
These shots are from May this year at a place in Cumbria with a Canon. Thought I'd give it a go with these as I think some of them are pretty good shots.
Please comment this and my other images in my gallery which have been taken with my new finepix.
The place was really lovely and the weather was fab, it threatened to rain but then the sun got out.
The set up made it relatively easy to get close enough to get good shots.
Some of the shots make me laugh - the faces they pull!
This next one is really cute I think.
I got really excited when I realised they had a pair of Andean Condors. They are the biggest flying Bird in the World - a wing span of up to 10 feet! My family keep Birds of Prey and run a business with them and hence I know a bit about them. This is one of my favorites.
I couldnt resist this shot....
These are only a few; I probably havent picked the best; I'm a bad decision maker.
Please let me know what you think!

Thanks for this Rachel, some nice images. Try a bit more info on your narrative. A blog is a story and you are supposed to take us on a journey. Have a read of a few on here and you'll get the idea. OjO, Griswalds and Stuarts are good starters
Thanks for taking the time on these, a good start. Ablog can be pretty much about anything you want. Excite us!!
Well done

Well done, Rachel, a very good effort. The pictures are great. I like the way you've gone in really close to the animals and birds instead of the usual long shots. As Ian says more words would make it better.
Look forward to your next blog.

Thanks John.
I think I was probably rushing to get my images on and lost my input of the words. But I'll no for the next time now.
